Keeps my coffee hot or warm enough to enjoy from 6am till 11am. If you drink your coffee black( no cream ) even longer. The trick is to let the cup stand with just hot water for a a few minutes before adding your coffee. Makes the heat last even longer. Only 4 stars for one reason. There's a little rectangular seal that goes on the lid, that comes of easily when cleaning. Just lost mine down the drain while washing. Be careful. I am hoping customer service reaches out to me and sends me one free of charge🤔 If not going to have to go on the website and order one, I can just imagine at what price including shipping for a part that can't be worth more than a nickel. Right now my Ninja cup is no longer leak proof. This is my second purchase. First one was too small so I gave it to a friend who is very happy with it. Highly recommend!! Best cup ever.

I received a travel mug. This is a Ninja branded product, and Ninja has been making a variety of quality kitchen products for many years. This travel mug is made largely of stainless steel, with a plastic lid and a silicone rubber boot around its base. It seems well made and has a solid feel to it. I received the onyx black coloured mug, which is quite attractive, and there were two other colours available. The lid opening on this travel mug is a bit different than other travel mugs I’ve used in that there is a large simple-to-use button on the top of the lid that toggles the opening open and shut. I found that this makes it very easy to open and shut the mug opening while you are drinking, both securing the contents quickly and also preventing heat loss from the mug. I tested the mug to make sure it was water tight by filling it and inverting it several times, and didn’t notice any leakage. I also filled it with boiling water and then took the temperature of the liquid after 5 minutes, and it had fallen to 73 degrees C. I then waited 4 hours and was pleased to find that the contents had only fallen to 58 degrees C, which was impressive for a travel mug, and makes it a great choice when you might be drinking from it for several hours. The base of this mug, including the rubber boot at its bottom, is 8.0 cm in diameter. This makes it one of the wider travel mugs I’ve used, so you might want to check to make sure it will fit in your cup holder. Overall, a very nice travel mug with a great ability to keep beverages warm.

I was really eager to give the Ninja Sip Perfect travel mug a try since I’ve been a fan of Ninja products for quite some time. I must say, this 16oz mug performs very well. The overall look of the Onyx Black option that I got is very impressive. The unique leak lock lid is one of the best I’ve seen for both keeping your beverage safely inside without spillage but also a very simple and effective easy to open design to drink from. I decided to give the Sip Perfect a test with both cold ice water and hot coffee and in both cases, the Ninja did an exceptional job of maintaining the temperature of both over a 3 hour period. The ice in the cold water barely melted. The coffee did drop in temperature slightly but was still very hot. After these tests I am convinced that this is not only an excellent travel mug but it is now my clear favourite for on the go drinking or even when lounging around my home. It does say that this is dishwasher safe but in my experience, you probably should avoid washing it that way and stick to hand washing. This will ensure the overall look of the Ninja Sip Perfect will retain it’s impressive aesthetics. Ninja has done it again with another amazing product and this travel mug is an excellent option for anyone and would certainly make a great gift.
