I use these to make date balls and also to process vegetables for soups. This processor holds a lot and has enough power to process dates, which used to overheat my old cheap food processor. This is a worth while investment. It’s so quick to blend that it takes longer to clean than to use….and it really doesn’t take that long to clean.

More powerful than many and the right kind of size for me. Really does the job and does it well. I doubt there's much a food processor does that could defeat this Ninja.
