It's the same headfset as Dragon Home ships with - works well

First I would like to say this is a great product. It is comfortable OUT OF THE BOX. I love the fact that is adjustable and light weight; two attributes you need to have when you're dictating for 6hrs at a time/week. I use this device exclusively with Dragon (Medical) software. However I just recently purchases another one because in less than a year the cable fell apart. There is a short in the wiring to the speaker so now it is positional ( I have to twist it to a certain position) when I use it. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect this device to last longer than a few months with casual usage.. Anyway I ordered another one today. Last chance for this headset. If it breaks again I will leave an update and remove some stars.

I replaced a more expensive bluetooth headset with this. Works perfectly.

It has clear sound and according to friends listening, my voice is loud and clear. It's lightweight. It's plug and play. My only complaint is that it can easily get tangled in long hair if you aren't careful when taking it off. Overall it's a good set and the price is right.

Overall, this is a fine product, but it lacks the in-line volume control depicted in the seller's photo. This was a tremendous disappointment, and it is doubtful that I would have purchased the product if I had known that it did not include this control.
