Cooling isnt an issue with this gpu despite its slim design. It it very long though so make sure it fits your case before you buy. For me it was a very tight fit and unfortunately will be returning it not because its a bad card just because it doesnt fit my case well. This gpu is also meant more for people who vertically mount their gpu because if you dont you wont be able to take advantage of the RGB on it since most of the rgb is on the bottom of the GPU and wont be able to see it if you mount it normally.
