I ordered this monitor, I set it up and realized it had a dead pixel. I then returned it and ordered another one from the same company. Only to find another dead pixel on the second monitor I bought. I received 2 monitors with at least one dead pixel on it. I had sent both back, pending refunds. If you want to take the gamble of possibly receiving a monitor with a dead pixel. Buy this monitor. I do not recommend buying from this seller, but the monitor is a relatively great budget monitor. Great quality. Which is why I give it a 2.

Caused a white light VGA alarm on my motherboard. If this happens to you update the firmware for displayport cables from Nvidia. The monitor itself is working great, colors are so bright. The stand is fantastic and sturdy and height adjustable.

It's an OK monitor. It could be a great monitor if it didn't stick out away from the wall so far. This monitor stands out from the wall a good six inches, nothing like having your monitor right in your face. There are also no color or brightness adjustments, so you're stuck with what you get. there are different settings that you can use for picture quality for movies, gaming, and such, but that's it. It does have good picture quality that I'm pleased with. if it weren't for that I would have returned it and got something else. I do like the picture enough that I did buy another aftermarket base/stand for it to fit on my desk better. Would I buy it again? No, knowing what I know now. Edit: I found the color and brightness adjustments after turning off "HDR". So things are looking up. It's very cheap of MSI to not providing a users guide for the adjustments. I still wouldn't buy it again.

It is a pretty good 2k 170hz gaming monitor for the price. I would wait until it goes on sale for $269.99 CAD or less to buy. Not a lot of options to adjust the monitor's colour. Only brightness, contrast and sharpness. I'm just a casual gamer so it doesnt bother me that much. Sept 12 - Edit: I notice there is very bad backlight bleed on the screen when gaming in dark areas. It actually bothers me a bit so I will return it for something else.

Nice monitors but gamma doesn't match from one to the other with same default settings. There is light bleed from the bottom of each monitor. (I bought two) The Frame around the monitor is quite small and my camera no longer fits on top without touching the screen. I would not buy these again.
