Before purchasing this product, I was using the wifi adapter that came with my MSI motherboard. I'm currently paying comcast to receive a 1000 Mbps download speed. With my existing wifi adapter (the one that came with my motherboard), I was getting about 500 Mbps speeds consistently. Since I'm paying for higher speed internet, I decided to give this one a try to see if I'd be able to get those speeds any higher. Well to my surprise, this one could not exceed 150 Mbps download speed, although its advertised to be able to reach up to 2500. While keeping all test cases mostly the same, I tried my internet using neither adapter and I received 50 Mbps download speed. These tests were all conducted to the same server. Which brings me to my conclusion, do not buy this overpriced trash in expectations that it'll somehow provide you with higher internet speeds.

Working great with my router, recently i have upgraded my wifi 6 router so i was searching good adapter for my notebook, because there has some dead spots in my home and it so bother me (even i upgraded my router), but after connect with MSI AXE5400 with my notebook, i can use my notebook everywhere in my home with fully power of wifi 6, dont mention this adapter is easy to install.

Currently my desktop was a little far away from our router and I was having issues with connecting. Disconnecting from online games was so inconvenient. After installing the MSI AXE5400 WiFi 6E USB Adapter, I dont have that problem anymore. Also recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and it is perfectly working fine. I would recommend this if you are switching to Windows 11 and installation was very easy.
