Monoprice HDMI Cable - High Speed, 4k@60Hz, 10.2Gbps, CL2, 32AWG, 10 Feet, Black - Commercial Series 10 Feet Black Cable

Used the cable sparingly for movie nights with the projector with no issues for almost 6 months. While in use PJ screen fluctuated between static and black screen. Moved PJ closer to use a spare HDMI cable and image was restored. Replaced with the Monoprice cable and back to static and black. Cable officially dead. Was good while it lasted. VERY stiff and seemed durable, but I guess not over time. Update: My receiver was sending a signal to the PJ that the cable could not handle. Once i scaled back the receiver to 4k Standard, the image returned to normal!! Back to 5 stars!

I used this for an in wall/ceiling installation on a deck. It survived getting (carefully) stapled up and works like a champ.

For such a heavy and shielded cable (no complaints there) this Monoprice cable--which I bought to run from my soundbar (in front of me) to my projector (behind me) it's disappointing that the actual point of contact, the HDMI jack itself, comes undone so easily. Unless you have an array of L-shaped connectors handy (which may compromise the signal itself) there's a very good chance you will need to bend the Monoprice at the most critical point in the hardware chain. The metal housing should have a flexible housing instead of the unbendingly rigid sheath, since not all TVs, soundbars or other HDMI inputs are as accommodating as we'd like them to be. Check the photos to see 1. What happened to my cable after only a little bit of wriggling to get it into my soundbar, and 2. What you ultimately need to accommodate this rigid cable. The rest of the cable is sturdy and seems built to last. If only the same could be said for the actual HDMI jack.

I actually search Monoprice cables to see if they have what I need, great cables and price.

Monoprice has long been my trusted brand. I was glad to pick up the cable on Amazon. The cable feels sturdy and well built, and performs as expected.
