I have had this bag for several years and it is still holding together. Some small tears where the leather arm meets the pink fabric, I would suggest that the company reinforce this area as the handles put a lot of pressure at these joints.

This bag is garbage. Used it on one business trip and, in the first day one of the zippers was not working properly and on the second day one of the handles broke off.

It's a beautiful bag. Lots of room for more than your computer. Lots of compliments ! True review I never do reviews but I do love my bag!

I originally rated this a 5 star because when I first received the bag I was in love, it looked good, I was impressed with all of the compartments. Then a little over a month later the handle started to fray. That in itself would not make me change my rating, I understand that sometimes these things happen. I contacted the company and shared pictures and my experience. The customer service rep that responded was not helpful. Told me to send the bag in and if they determined that is was normal and wear and tear they would repair or replace. I was a little put off, I know you can't read tone in an email but you can read helpfulness. It wasn't very helpful for me to pay for postage, go without a bag and wait to hear their determination on if they would repair or replace the bag. I responded to the email saying how inconvenient that would be and instead I would just cut my losses but share my experience. So unless you only plan to carry this bag for a month I wouldn't recommend.

The bag is beautiful. The strap latches open way too easily. It has fallen 4 times while carrying it. I have resorted to handle only use. That's why I keep changing bags. I will be visiting a hardware store as another customer stated. It could also be a little deeper for more comfortable zipping. Other than that I'm pleased. Had 3 months and a little wear on the piping (possibly from the falls) but it is a nice bag.
