MICR toner cartridge is designed for use with HP LaserJet 1160, 1320 and 3390 Series Printers. Cartridge contains magnetic image character-recognition ink for security purposes in printing checks. Cartridge is estimated to yield 2,500 pages at 5 percent coverage. Compatible Troy Systems models:1320 Micr. . MICR for security. For use in HP LaserJet 1160, 1320. Also compatible with 3390 Series. Yield is approximate. Comparable to the HP Q5949A cartridge. Yields up to 2,500 pages. Specially made for encoding checks. Replaces regular toner with special Magnetic Ink Character Recognition toner. Printing your own encoded checks saves you the expense of ordering pre-encoded checks. All you need is the MICR toner, blank check stock and the MICR font installed on your printer. The iron oxide in the toner allows the magnetic reader sorter at your bank to read the symbols at the bottom of the check. Remanufactured — made from quality recovered cartridges, helping you save resources, reduce waste and potentially save money. Recycling solution — designed to encourage recycling, helping you divert materials from landfill.
