Zero stars!!! I let the product charge for its 12 hour required time and it indicated battery life will be 52 min. Nothing was even plugged into it so I figured I would leave it plugged into the wall a few more days as I was not in desperate need of it at the time. The 52 min never went away so I figured it must be because there is nothing to read so I unplugged both units I had charging ( I bought three units at the same time) and began setting up one unit. In less than 30 minutes with nothing plugged in the second unit I didn't even get to yet died. I have a ups unit at my home with a 900v rating less than these three and it lasted all day with my router plugged in but these couldn't last half an hour with nothing plugged in. Then i see no returns on the info section. I would say this product sucks.

The Liebert PSA5 UPS 1500VA/900W has been a fantastic addition to my server rack. It provides reliable backup power and has kept my equipment running smoothly during multiple outages. With 10 outlets, it easily handles all my servers and networking devices. The mini tower design fits neatly in my setup, and the AVR feature keeps everything protected from voltage spikes. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. If you're looking for a UPS to power your server rack, this is an excellent choice! Highly recommend it!

This is simple. The display on the front of the unit makes it REALLY easy to know what is going it. It tells you input voltage, with an alert when your outlet has "iffy" electricity. It notifies you if your outlet is wired improperly. When active, it tells you how many minutes it has left before empty, (so you can turn off your TV and DVR.) And finally, it has a dedicated "Mute the damn beeping" button, with an icon on the display showing if muted. Finally, it has 10, yes TEN, outlets on the back. Five backup and five normal surge. Those extra two can be a lifesaver if you've got a lot of sensitive gadgets to protect. On a side note, I recommend UPSs to all of my clients. What you might not know, is that blackouts aren't what will kill your electronics... brownouts are the culprit. Many years ago, when living in the city, we woudl get brownouts all the time. The flickering of the lights over and over fried electronics all the time. I had extended warranties on my microwave, TV, and computers. Then I started getting UPSs. Best move ever. So, if you're considering a brand, I recommend this Vertiv Liebert without hesitation.

The price is unbeatable, but they are not new, unopened. I bought 3 of these, all were opened, one was not even charged. Asked for refund on that one.

This Liebert PSA5 UPS - 1500VA/900W works as intended and describe. The best part is that this was an open-box item that was a pinch discounted, but when it arrived, it still looked brand new and the box it arrived in was original and undamaged. The device itself works great and it can keep up with my workload just like it advertises. The design fits well under my desk, there aren't any annoying fans, and the screen light turns off when not in use; it has various display modes. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and if I ever need another one, I feel confident that I would get another high quality Liebert UPS and, I definitely don't mind getting an open-box item, either, simply because it arrived in great condition, and I still had Amazon's warranty to back it up in case it arrived all jacked up.
