If I select Caps Lock the volume screen appears, if I select Num Lock, the volume increases - sending it back

This keyboard is very quiet and makes it perfect for call center use. The soft and comfortable keys are perfect if you type all day, and it's full 104 keys make it perfect for excel and other programs that require having access to all the keys quickly. It's actually perfect to be honest as far as being comfortable for using it 8 hours daily. I would recommend if you wanted to work efficiently, quietly, and not get fatigued over extended periods of use. I would not recommend if you were more of an enthusiast, or if you want to customize your keyboard. If you are looking for a crisp, tactile feel, this isn't it. What this is, however, is comfort with soft yet sure feedback, without stressing out your hands. I use it for work, and I use my mechanical keyboards for home.
