Lenovo USB-C To DisplayPort Adapter - 1 x DisplayPort DisplayPort 1.2a Digital Audio/Video Female - 1 x Type C USB Male - 3840 x 2160 Supported

We bought 2 different computer monitor adapters, both made to plug into USB-C on laptop. Tried this one first, no response at all, no beep from computer when plugged/unplugged. No instructions or drivers listed on the amazon page. Worried that we won't be able to get another monitor to work, we plugged in the other adapter we got (JSAUX USB C to HDMI Adapter) and it worked perfectly. Yes to you tech freaks out there, I tried switching the inputs on the monitor, and I tried finding unknown devices in windows but nothing. When I ordered 2 different adapters, I purposely got one USB-C to display port, and the other USB-C to HDMI - because one never knows with computers.
