The black plastic bracket is the only piece that I needed to add a second M.2 2280 1TB SSD. The two piece heatsink is the same as the one on my boot drive. The shipping was quick. The item description needs editing. It was exactly what I needed.

The product is true Lenovo brand. It arrived quickly even when the same product was reported as out of stock on Lenovo website. This kit is required when you want to add a M.2 SSD to a Lenovo M70s desktop. In my case, I installed a "Crucial P2 2TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD" (also from Amazon) using this kit.
