Kensington SlimBlade Pro EQ Wireless Trackball, Bluetooth, 2.4GHz Connection, Rechargeable, Programmable Buttons, White/Silver Ball

Easy to use with either hand, four buttons and twist scrolling - right left mouse buttons, a slow scroll button, a back page button and fast scrolling by turning the ball left or right. Rechargeable battery with a USB cable that also lets you use a plugin device if for some strange reason you don't want to use Bluetooth. Left side switch turns off, Bluetooth or corded mode, right switch lets you select 400/800/1200 pixel range which controls how much screen territory your cursor covers as the trackball turns. I'm really pleased with the device, but I don't use it for gaming, so I have no clue about that.

This slimblade feel exactly like the previous model, except it's wireless. I love this thing. It's very comfortable to use. There's maybe to things I think they should improve: 1. It is a bit too click and to loud. I wish the buttons were a bit softer. 2. I love that it's wireless but it's still not 100% portable. If you tilt it, the ball falls out. I wish there was a way to lock the ball in place so you can move the thing about without worrying about the ball falling out. 9ther than that, this tracking ball is great, very responsive and easy to use.

ME gusto la funcionalidad, wireless No me agrada tanto el tamaño (esta grande), y el movimiento del ring moviendo el trackball es comun perder la "verticalidad" ... esto hace que no mantenga la inercia con la mano y deba regresar a los botones Otro que no me gusta tanto es la posicion del boton derecho e izquierdo, pareciera que debo configurarlos en diagonal porque de otra manera se pograma otra accion que no es la que quiero (y esto por movimiento involuntario del dedo)

After consultation i did buy this trackball, which turns out vest investment for my workflow.

Design: While the glossy design attracts smudges easily, its glossy design is actually an advantage imo because it's much easier to wipe clean as compared to the material used in the Kensington Expert Wireless. Scrolling: While the scrolling functionality is ingenious and intuitive, it's not the best scrolling imo. I still prefer the physical scroll ring from the Expert as the scrolling on the Slimblade feels quite jagged. Buttons: The buttons are very easy to click which I love. But I'm not a fan of how recessed or flat they are. Nevertheless, I prefer pressing them compared to the Expert's. Functionality: I love how you can just convert this wireless mouse into a wired one! Ergonomics: I really want to love its relatively flat profile and how the fingers naturally fall on the keys. However, it often leaves my hand feeling quite tired and painful, which I did not experience with the Expert under the same use cases.
