The sound quality is good and the features such as quick mute/unmute button quite handy for office calls. However, the ear pads are not that comfy and can really hurt if you wear the headset for more than 1 hour. Jlab is a fantastic firm focussing on good quality yet less pricy products. I hope they make a better comfortable product.

Après quelques semaines d'utilisation, le micro a cessé de fonctionner convenablement. Je dois le bouger à chaque appel pour trouver l'endroit parfait pour que la connection se fasse et que l'appelant m'entende. C'est très frustrant. Je suppose qu'il y a quelque chose qui s'est loussé à l'intérieur à force de ranger le casque dans un étui à chaque fin de journée de travail. Si ce n'était pas de ce problème. Ce serait un 5 étoiles.

Absolutely great for cancelling outside noise on the Mic. Working from home or loud office, I needed something that could block out all backgroud noise while I spoke on the mic. The boom mic on this is FANTASTIC at cancelling our background noise. My kid has been playing and jumping and screaming in the background while I'm on a work call and they hear none of that noise on the other side. I even checked the meeting recording to see if I could hear any background. They are a little on the fragile side of they call too much. Not the most durable but definitely not flimsy. Comfort around the ear is okay, nothing bad and nothing too great. Wireless connectivity is solid and connects to 2 devices at once. The side mute button is very useful and easy to locate to mute quickly.

I've had 2 of these, and both suffer the same after a couple months. Maybe the quality of the electonics is flawed. I'm using this for work for Google-Meet conferences. When the unit was new, the connection would drop every once in a while. I had to shut-down the unit, then turn it back on and it would pick up...pretty bad during a meeting. Then, after some time, that didn't work anymore. I had to un-pair it with my laptop and re-pair it again. Lately, it's even worst! Half of the time, it won't even pair with the laptop! And what makes me finally get rid of it is that the microphone works, then all of a sudden, people can't hear me anymore. I have to go back to the un/re-pairing for it to work, and even then, sometimes that doesn't work! I guess the electronics are bad on that headset - too bad because it's confortable and the sound quality was good. ------------------------------- J'en ai eu deux, et les deux souffrent de la même chose après quelques mois. Peut-être que la qualité de l'électronique est mauvaise. Je l'utilise au travail pour les conférences Google-Meet. Lorsque l'appareil était neuf, la connexion s'interrompait de temps en temps. Je devais éteindre l'appareil, puis le rallumer et la connexion reprenait... ce qui était assez désagréable pendant une réunion. Puis, au bout d'un certain temps, cela ne fonctionne plus. Je dois le découpler, puis le recoupler avec mon ordinateur portable. Dernièrement, c'est encore pire ! La moitié du temps, il n'arrive même plus à se coupler à l'ordinateur ! Et ce qui m'incite finalement à m'en débarrasser, c'est que le microphone fonctionne, puis tout d'un coup, les gens ne peuvent plus m'entendre. Il faut que je recommence à dé/re-appairer pour que ça marche, et même là, des fois ça ne marche pas! Je soupsonne que l'électronique de ce casque est mauvaise - c'est dommage parce qu'il est confortable et que la qualité du son est bonne.
