Comfortable, lightweight, and clear audio. Best of all, zero issues with Bluetooth. Jabra has simply the best Bluetooth connectivity on the market. This headset pairs to the last connected device in about 1 second every time after turning it on. Never fails. Huge time saver compared to other headsets that take longer or drop connections. I previously tried some Yealink headsets that looked and felt similar in terms of hardware quality and comfort, but they constantly dropped the Bluetooth connection to any device except their own USB base stations. This Jabra headset has a USB dongle, but it pairs perfectly to any other devices without it and never drops the connection. Sound quality is excellent. The mic does a good job at blocking ambient noises other than human voices, even loud noises like power tools are almost completely filtered out. Human voices in the background are still picked up. If you need background voices to be filtered, there is software that can do it. Price is a bit high, but for the amount of time and frustration saved not having to wait for Bluetooth or deal with dropped connections, I would say it is worth every penny.

Love love love that it’s wireless seems to have a decent range as well. Connecting to my work computer was easy as ever. Quality is clear and at a good volume my only negative is that the headset could be more comfortable but it isn’t uncomfortable enough that I feel like it deserves any star deductions

I wanted to love this headset. I was looking for a wireless pro communication headset to use in my work Teams meet ups, this one looked like could fit the bill. Install was easy, the companion app does have some good configuration options and allows to update the headset and usb key firmware. The issue started a few days later, I started to hear a very distorted echo of my voice in the left ear almost every time I spoke. I do have a very weird voice, so maybe the filter soft is having some issues with my voice or maybe a got the lemon of the batch, but I could not keep it. With that thunder I cannot recommend it. I gave it 3 stars because the mic is so good, the person on the other side will only hear me, no matter how much noise was made around me.

i work in IT so i need a good headset for teams meetings and answering helpdesk calls. the noise canceling mic allows for better communication with my team. i also like that i can dual pair with my desk phone and my laptop. i can easily answer calls or jump right into a meeting.

These headphones can be used wired or wireless, and can connect to two different devices (phone and laptop for example) A little on the expensive side though.
