Great KVM with easy to use and fast hotkey-switching feature. The only drawback is the outdated serial port connection for firmware upgrade. Most (if not all) new computers don't have a serial port, so firware upgrade is not possible. Should be fairly easy for vendor to upgrade to a USB setup instead. But it works and it has all the features I need, so I guess I don't need to upgrade the firmware.

Product was easy enough to install, unfortunately I did not test it quickly enough to get to the return window. The monitors worked fine, but not my keyboard or mouse. I have a special ergo Roller mouse that requires more power than a regular mouse, so this KVM switch could not work with it. It would probably work with a KVM that has its own power source. Before buying, verify that your mouse/keyboard etc can work with a KVM switch (or docking station).

I like how you can switch between multiple computers but stay connected to the audio out of any computer you choose. Good documentation as well.

Just like others have mentioned. It seems to be a solid build device BUT it doesn't work. At random times, the screen will go black for 1-2 seconds before switching back on. Very disappointed in this product. I wish I could return it but the 30 day window has passed.

Simple to setup. Simple to use. The provided video adapters allowed me to connect one HDMI laptop and one DisplayPort.
