Good card, but check pricing first...

I wanted to try this card out the price was less than 199 on special for short time. The drivers have improved and still improving each day. The new Arc 380 has come out at 109. Other graphic card companies have now noticed and lowering their prices. Best Buy has matched Amazons prices. So in all I wanted the card it plays good, If I tire of it I can sell it and make a few dollars and replace it with another. No regretts... NOW MY COMPLAINT: Look hard at the photo's if you look very good, you will see about 20 grease finger prints. So I bought this on Amazon and the puller for the order, must of been eating chicken or some very greasey food. So you may say how cares. You would since the box was opened with a pulled intel sticker on it. Amazon issues gloves or use a paper towel to wipe the item and box down. I buy alot from Amazon and this is not good. If this was a gift it would be refused. I get open boxes from Amazon in better shape. Since New Egg and Best Buy are matching prices I may have to visit them on my next buy. Come on Amazon you are better than this... Big fail here!!!!

A pleasant surprise, you got me Intel

My RX 590 was starting to really show its age and I was shopping for a budget friendly upgrade, enter the Arc A750. I had heard mixed things about the card, some talking about how you need to adjust things and it is early in development relative to AMD & Nvidia. It was on a strangely good sale price and the deal was worth the experiment. I figured it would be a novelty at best but after I installed it and enabled resizable bar I was legit surprised. what was me running games in mid-high with generally okay frames turned into buttery smooth with D2, Witcher 3 and even Baldur's gate III looking gorgeous with nearly maxed settings and even some ray tracing. Intel is still struggling with games at launch *cough cough* Starfield *cough couch* but otherwise it is a1080p and 1440p beast for the price. Just remember to update the drivers frequently, Intel is churning them out very quickly with A LOT of improvements each each time. given another year or so and Intel may go from underdog to a serious threat to the big two, I'm a convert.

Best value for the money

For 218 dollars you can't can't go wrong. I'm a digital media/multi media student and need a better computer, so I built one for the first time to save money ( saved a lot of money ). I paired the arc a750 with a 13th gen core i7 k series which has a igpu. And the a750 combined with the igpu uhd 770 gives me exactly what I needed and more. They work in hybrid mode giving me even more performance than using it with out the igpu. The arc controller even has a virtual cam setup, so now I don't have to renew my xslpit subscription and it can broadcast directly to twitch, but I'm not a gamer and hope they add YouTube. I know when they first came out last year, they were really bad, but have made great improvements in their updates and hopefully they get even better. I heard if you play old games the quality isn't very good, that's because the arc upscale directx 11 to direct 12, so I wouldn't recommend it for older games. I would have had to spend at least double to get the same performance. I definitely recommended this prodect if you're a creator.

Has come a LONG way

The GPU is quiet, and runs very well for the most part. Intel has managed to sort out most of the issues. However, some older games like No More Room in Hell and GTA IV still stutter and sometimes to the point where those games are unplayable. Intel DEFINITELY needs to work on fixing the issues with DX9 games. DX10 and DX11 games like GTA V and barotrauma run okay with occasional stutters but it's not often or bad enough to ruin the experience unlike with DX9 titles. Other than that, the GPU is a solid performer and I'm happy with it. You won't find another GPU that comes close to performance for what I paid for this one. Intel has come a long way with driver updates and I can only imagine this will get better in due time. The setup wasn't too bad either.

Competition is everything

I built a new system to spec for the upcoming Phantom Liberty release and I was tired of the marginal improvements and disproportionate prices from both AMD & Nvidia, so I felt it was time to support a new architecture. Yes, out of the box, most games were lackluster even with installing the latest update (at time of installation) posted for download, but less then 3 days later a new update came out and when I installed it, I used the Clean Install setting, ensuring any issues would be solely that of that Driver install. I haven't looked back since. Even 'meh' games, like Minecraft, has been given a significant facelift and I haven't even mod'ed any of my games or applications yet. This card was worth the cost and a great gamble. It is good to support competition and hopefully the Blue Team can break the monopoly that seems to be forming between the Red Team and the Green Team.
