Insta360 ONE RS Battery Base

I like that it arrived on time and works great. The unfortunate part is that it is ever so slightly thicker than the original battery for the One-R (which I couldn’t find anywhere) and because of that it won’t fit in the case that came with my One-R, so I had to buy a case for a One-RS . I’d like to see it specified that they are thicker, and if you are using it for a One-R you will need to purchase a One-RS case as well, because I couldn’t tell when ordering

Es handelt sich um einen originalen Akku von Insta360. Er passt perfekt und macht was er soll. Ich habe diesen Akku gekauft, als dieser im Angebot war und ist als Zweitakku bestens geeignet.

This battery is wonderful, the new size was decided for the RS not the R and honestly insta360 totally mismanaged this. I do have a beautiful metal cage and the camera doesn't fit anymore, so do the plastic cases . Having said that I ended up being happy with the change because this battery last 20/25% longer and it's not trivial. Amazon fortunately sell a new metal cage that works perfectly with this battery and is not pricey. They should have come out with this size the first day when the original modular insta360 R was released. Anyway I fixed my problem with a small expense, the price of this battery is also very low so with two batteries and one cage it's less than buying two of the old battery and there is additional longevity (photo has the R with this battery and the new metal cage)
