The Hyper Thunderbolt 4 dock has major compatibility issues. I have a Poly Sync 60 and a Camlink 4k, both of the devices work flawlessly when connected to the laptop and neither work when connected to the Hyper dock, which as you can imagine defeats the point of having a dock.
