They’re really good pair of blue light glasses and they’re soothing for the eyes but, it can take some time to get used to the amber maxes. So I’d recommend the 65% or lower.

Ich habe heute meine amber max lens tint Brille bekommen und muss sagen, dass es wirklich überdeutliche Erleichterung für meine Augen ist diese zu tragen. Kann man jedem der tagtäglich viele Stunden vor dem Computer sitzt nur empfehlen.

really good product but be careful if you need to really distinguish colors specially blue, otherwise go get the yellow ones. the others i dont mind much. good for going outside too :)

My 13 year old son wears them when he has to do homework after 6 pm. So far we find they make a difference.
