GPX DH300B 1080p Upconversion DVD Player with HDMI, Black 1080p Upconversion HDMI

Sometimes I just want to pop in a CD and watch something that I can't find on TV

If you connect directly to the back of the TV it works perfect. However if through a switch box for 4 devices, then it doesn't work. I tested this DVD player on the jacks that 2 other devises were already using and no luck. I used one of my better 3 wire cables and no luck. Even looked at the digital settings, some of which I know nothing about and no luck with that either. So a good basic player of music and video, but not happy with not being able to go though my switch box.

Since I still have an analog TV, I needed a DVD player w/the cables and this one works fine. The only drawback to this particular brand and model is that the machine doesn't keep where you left off when you put it on hold and turn it off -- like my other 2 different brands of DVD players did. Otherwise, it's fine.

I paid $6 for this as "used-like new" from the Amazon warehouse. It came in the original packaging and is basically brand new. DVDs are basically VHS's at this point so I definitely didn't want to invest in a DVD player. This one is great, easy to set up and works as intended. Very happy with my purchase!
