Google WiFi Mesh Wi-Fi - 3 Pack

I bought this to attach it to my current google mesh system because I needed an additional terminal down in the basement next to my TV. I was getting decent wifi but it kept going off and I ended up having constant buffering so I thought I would add another router down there and join it to my system and it worked fine and I am not getting +100mps from this which is good enough for what I need.

Bought a 5th node at the fraction of the price I originally paid for the 3-node set years ago. Expansion is a breeze, and allowed me to better cover outside areas. Even after all these years, the Google support is excellent, so no worries with buying a product that rolled out a few years ago. If you need faster speed or wifi 6, consider the newer models.

I have a modem/router from my ISP and wasn't getting sufficient coverage around my home. I tried mesh systems from D-link and Netgear but both were problematic. While this system is 'older wifi technology' vs the D-Link, its so stable and the coverage is brilliant. What I really love, is the ability to see what signal strength each mesh node has, so you can tell if the positioning is good - there's a test function that validates this for you. You can also speed test every device on the network and the app keeps a record of each devices speed test. It makes fault finding so easy. The other systems have caused me a lot of stress trying to improve - this has been immediately easy. Very very happy with it. What I learned from the other systems is that ease and transparency are paramount for me. The D-Link and Netgear Nighthawk apps didn't give me what I needed, but google home has it all. Excellent.

I moved my home office to a 2nd floor empty bedroom. The location was the furthest point from my router on the ground level of my home, with a weaker signal that negatively affected Team meetings and conf calls. I tried some inexpensive Wifi boosters - they didn't work. I called my Wifi provider and they recommend the Google mesh system over their own product. They advised their own employees that live in a multi-level home use the Google mesh system to strengthen the Wifi signal on each floor. They advised that it is more expensive - but it works! I purchased this system and couldn't be happier. I have a 3 point mesh system and received full bars in the basement, main level, and all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. No more issues during on-line Teams meetings and conf call. The saying is true "You get what you pay for"

We had dead zones in our house for internet coverage. These work like a charm. Our house is about 2,000 square feet and we have one on each level. So three in total. I am not tech savvy and these were a breeze to install. Super easy and no more dead zones in our house.
