The card is strong enough to run everything at 4k, maxed out with no upscaling. Now if your wanting to run at 4k with ray tracing and everything maxed out… you’ll need to use dlss. My only complaints so the the card is it’s price to performance ratio. The 7900xtx is a much better deal, I only chose this card because the VR drivers at the time were better, even though AMD has sorted this out now… 🤷‍♂️

- great for 4k gaming , expect 4k 60 -120 range while this can handle most games 4k 80 -120 with ease - quiet , almost silent , very impressed with thermals and silent gaming - overclocked +170 core +850 memory stable -dlss frame gen is really a amazing technology, currently modded Starfield and getting 90-120+ frames with res slider @ 90% - 100% frame stability in 3D Mark Timespy - 50% faster than 3080 at 4k , even more with a OC cons : value recommend if you are new builders or coming from something that give you a big performance boost from your current gpu

...but absolutely not worth the price. Especially with the smaller memory bus when compared to the 4070/Ti, which are also over-priced. NVIDIA took advantage of the situation when the 3000 series launched and kept it going with the 4000 series. As a non-OC vendor card, this thing should be around the $800-850 range. So yeah, ★☆☆☆☆ for BS pricing. And ★★★☆☆ for the memory bus reduction and the new power connector

Bought this new below MSRP. Upgraded from a 3060 12gb card. Paired it with a I9 13900 processor. Card is a beast. Make sure you have good case flow because it does generate heat, but i have had no issues with overheating. It is huge in size, make sure you have room in your case.
