Gigabyte B450M DS3H WiFi (AM4//AMD/B450/mATX/SATA 6GB/s/USB 3.1/HDMI/Wifi/DDR4/Motherboard)

Got the A520 but unfortunately it did not work with the ryzen 7 so I had settled with this b450 wifi. Works for what I needed, built a computer for my daughter to play roblox.

I had am MSI B450M mobo and it died after two years of use... No I DID'T buy it from Amazon! LOL I bought this mobo wanting to keep with the B450 model. I dropped my 5600 in the socket, Wired everything up, And it worked like new! NO BIOS UPDATE NEEDED FOR 5000 series processors. VERY HAPPY customer! Amazon to the rescue once again!!! EDIT PLEASE NOTE!!! The motherboard lasted for about 3 days before it died. All of the sudden the display went blank, And NOTHING! I tried different cords and the like, But to no avail. Fortunately I had purchased another MOBO by mistake when I bought this one, So I lucked out there. I was gonna return it today, I'm thankful I didn't! Now I have to return this one... UPDATE!!! So that EXTRA MOBO I bought went dead... Unimpressed. I decided to buy ANOTHER one of these B450M MOBO. So far so good. Will update if anything bad happens.

I bought this MB to replace another 450M, it's not bad. the on board wifi isn't the greatest, i mean I have 1 Gig download speed, at most now i'm getting around 100 -150 MB so far? and I have wifi6 enable router so yeah...also i get some dropped connections. I won't recommend it for gaming, but for everyday stuff like watching /streaming movies have no problems. The other bad thing is like others mentioned one of the Sata port is right across from the graphic card. so my graphic card just covers it up because it's pretty big. and also don't expect to put anything in the other PCie slots because they are close together. so once i installed my graphic card, there was not enough space to install anything else in the other PCie slot. overall, it works fine for what i do, but due to the covered up SATA port lost a star.

The board itself is ok. It does support Windows 11 as it has TPM and Secure Boot. It has 1 USB-C header and 1 USB 2.0 header. Also, when you install your video card (AMD RX580 in this case) it blocks the other connectors. I could not even use the other PCIe-16 slot which is next to the end of the board. I am running an AMD Ryzen 3700X with 64gb or ram.

I have this device and it fits nicely, maybe slightly smaller than I expected, but that was my fault. Still has many plug-ins, and is an amazing little gadget.
