It works but quite harder than I thought

I bought this on impulse, when I got my mouse mat. I can't believe this isn't seen as an essential. Typing lots of reports at work, I spend a lot of time raising my wrists off the desk, and thus created a build up of strain. Specifics: I agree with others - the memory foam is so much better than other gel mats - this is a premium feeling mat that does not move unnecessarily or cause excess heat/ sweating like the gel ones do. Stop hesitating and buy it!

Got this because I'm trying to refresh my horrible typing skills that I only sort of learned while not paying attention in high school typing class 25-odd years ago. And certainly don't remember, except for the home keys (that's what they're called, right?). I went with this because it looked like the best way to keep my hands sitting in the right position to relearn touch typing. And it does that perfectly while being reasonably comfortable.

This is my second one. I have one for my office and one for my home office. It started a few years ago after I had my second baby in two years, my wrists were fatigued all the time. They were weak, and they hurt all the time. This is not good for someone who works in front of a computer all day. So I made the purchase. My wrists have been mostly pain free since I've purchased them. I feel like the channels are mostly for show, not sure if they are any real use. But the product is solid anyway without it.
