Fellowes 91781 Premium CPU Stand, 8w x 9d x 9-1/2h, Platinum

Although I was at first concerned by how rickety they appeared when first assembled, after actually placing my computer on it (and tightening the screws) it holds together pretty well. I use it mostly for that hole you can see at the bottom - two of these stands elevate my full tower while giving it room to take in air from below. The fact that my heavy computer now has wheels is a nice bonus (and I can confirm that the wheels work). To emphasize: note that one of these stands isn't that big. If you have a large computer, I would recommend getting two: one for the front end and one for the back.

I liked this one when I looked online since it has higher sides than some and is priced reasonably. So far, it is working great.

This sturdy PC cart has no trouble supporting a recent 40-lb full tower build that is 9.5" wide. It may also be the only stand on the market that allows positioning of a full tower below the slide-out keyboard tray under a desk unit. One issue to be aware of - and all the stands I've seen share it - is that some new PC cases have a foot at the center along each side, as well as at the front and back ends. Due to the design of these stands, the case wants to tilt up and down around this center foot. I was able to correct the issue by cutting a couple pieces of aluminum U-channel to fit across the stand's cross-braces and secure them with epoxy. This raised the PC up enough to enable the bottom of the case to rest on the U-channel pieces. Problem solved.

It didn't occur to me that the product title contained the color, platinum. I wanted white and the image looks like so I was disappointed to receive something that wasn't white, though this was my fault. It works and looks great, but I'm knocking off one start because, at the time of my review, there is no other mention of the color anywhere expect the end of the product title, making it easy to overlook and setting the expectation that the stand is white as it appears in the image.

We used these for some pretty large and heavy CPUs and they held up. We found they expended larger then described.
