Overall, very happy with the image quality of this machine. Perfect for a small room this device does a great job at throwing the image at a wide scale and keeping the colors crisp and bright. It was a definite step up from our last projector for a low budgetmovie night option. My biggest complaint is its audio output. The speaker Movie night option. My only complaint is it’s audio output. The speaker on the machine itself is not sufficient to provide good audio, and the options to connect a device are limited. It also appears that the max volume the device is set at limits the output of sound quite a bit. Even when I connect an external sound option, I am often maxing out the volume to produce good sound.

First of all, buying a product that doesn’t say refurbished anywhere, makes you think you’re buying a new one. Immediate red flag from Epson. Second, this is a defective product. It shuts off by itself. It could take 2 minutes since I turned it on, or 2 hours, but it will turn off by itself randomly. No overheating, no flashing orange light. Just completely off. After that, it might come back on when I press the button, it might not. I have to unplug it for a minute and then plug back in. But sometimes that also doesn’t work. I’ve received a new (refurbished) unit from Epson. Same issue. I received a new ac adapter and cable. Same issue. I tried it isolated, no hdmi plugged in, in a different room. Same issue. It doesn’t stay on. This is a garbage product. Epson does not want to issue a refund, all they can do is send me another refurbished unit. Will never buy from this brand again.
