This works well. I like the keypad because you don't have to squint looking at a dinky screen keyboard such as the case with phones. The only thing I wish was better was the visibility of the screen, but I haven't look at all the options yet. You can change the font size, width of the font and add boxes and things around the text. It's easy to use for me.

You have to type very slowly on the keyboard or it will ignore the key presses. Some keys require multiple presses to register. Type at 1 key per second or slower. There is no case for this unit. Would be nice to keep it and the labels together. Software auto fits fonts that are very tiny and warns that larger fonts won't fit, but when you print, they are fine. Two line on 12mm tape uses 9 point font, but a 12 point fits perfect, just like it does on my old LabelManager.

This is the second one that I buy for my work. This one is an updated model and I prefer this one. Easy to use and not overly large.

We have a Brady label printer at work that has an AC adapter, so initially I was going to just buy the same model for my home. I saw this Dymo and liked the description and reviews so I bought it. I'm very happy with it so far. Not only does it have an AC adapter so you can plug it in, but it also comes with a rechargeable Li-ion battery. The best feature, however is the software so you can create your labels on your computer without having to hammer them out on a small onboard keyboard. You can also add clip art to the labels.
