Weird thing I didn't know could break.

Exactly as described and arrived quickly. Fixed the error on the printer and got us up and running again.

Offsetting the other 3 start review that's inaccurate

I've ordered a couple of these drums, this isn't toner like the other review states. Yes, it can be messy if you're not careful changing the toner, but that's not the drum's fault. Same as replacing any drum or toner cartridge, be careful of toner possibly coming out, hold it away from yourself and over a trashcan so it doesn't get everywhere.

Toner works fine and comes sealed, but both times ordered the cartridge, inside is full of toner particles and gets over everything. Where gloves when installing.
