Better than anything else I've used for music while swimming and they work well for biking and running too. Sound quality is decent, microphone is adequate for general phone calls and zoom meetings but I wouldn't recommend it for calling someone hard of hearing. Los audífonos traen 3 canciones cargadas fuera de las carpetas, las cuales se escuchan bien, solo que la música que carge no se escucha, ya las puse en la carpeta de música y nada, las cargue junto con la música que trae cargada y solo toca esas tres.
