Cooling a r7 7700x keeping it pretty cool..

Using the 120L Core on a i7 7700k and it stays at 50-55C & not going any higher. it comes with everything in the box for current & future builds. you might as well go ahead and order 1 or 2 more of the cryofuze nano thermal grease or get a different brand of your liking, the one cryofuze they sent with was only 2G.

Installed it on my new PC build and it has done a good job at keeping my core at the proper temp. No noticeable noise or distraction, and the colors line up perfect with my other controlled RGB products

This cpu cooler is so quick and easy to mount and put together. Simple wiring! It’s a nice purchase to finally get liquid cooling! It’s not expensive and it gets the job done! It’s a great bang for your buck!

Running a game, I'm peaking at less than 50c and even during peaks, I cannot hear the fans spin up. For my install, I connected all of the ARGB connectors to the controller that came with the case so that all of the lights on the case plus the cooler are controlled as one. All in all, highly recommend this over any CPU cooler I've had in the last 30 years.
