Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 8821 - Cordless Extension Handset - Bluetooth Interface - 2.4" Black - 4L7883 PN CP-8821-K9

We have been using the Cisco 8821 wireless phone for sometime now. These are the worst phone ever made. They get dropped one time and the microphone no longer works. These are not for drops. Cisco has not made a decent wireless phone ever. Also in a healthcare environment the phone gets wiped down and the rubber bumper falls apart. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE PHONES there are others out in the market that are ten times better and more reliable.

Worked as expected. No issues. Would buy from this seller again.

The worst cordless phone i have ever used. Crappy ringtones, too quiet, bad call quality, poor battery life, unreliable, massively over priced. When good companies go bad....

These phones are terrible. Do not buy. Cisco should take them off the market and redesign. They are generally OK out of the box, but they do not stand up to use in a production warehouse environment. The previous 7925 models were much more durable. Cisco sacrificed durability to make the phones look modern. IP67 rating is also lost quickly as the cover has to be opened frequently to remove the batteries to reboot them with they freeze up.. And speaking of the batteries, they are too snug, the edges quickly bend out of shape and get damaged as they are often removed and re-inserted. And they never resolved the "MIC error" that shows on some of the phones.

They suck!!! Do not buy them!!!
