After unboxing tried setting up mini network and verify the UI, etc. Found the device kept repeatedly rebooting and device never negotiated a DHCP address for the web ui. For a brief time during the reboot cycle packets did switch, however. Tried factory reset to no avail. Returned.

First switched used for my new business, Cisco never let me down

I got this one along with 2 24T-4G version to upgrade an SGE2010 and expand a customer's deployment. Despite what must Cisco breathers do, I configure and deploy these without any console access. I was able to do everything I needed with the browser or GUI over the Cisco Business Dashboard. These are very affordable and fast devices ideal for SOHO or SMB looking to have the Cisco reliability.

We purchased the 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty (CBS220-48T-4X-NA) and the switch went out and casued our network to go down. Upon calling Cisco to get a warranty replacement we were told the switch was never registered with Cisco through the person we purchased it off of. Right now we have a dead switch and no way to get it RMA's through Cisco unless the seller registers the product. This has already cost us too much money with a downed network and no solution. DO NOT BUY AS THERE WILL BE NO 3RD PARTY SUPPORT OR REPLACEMNT IF DOA
