C2G 29853 Hook-and-Loop Cable Wrap, TAA Compliant, Black (25 Feet, 7.62 Meters)

Economical for temporary use, but the two sides separate after a few months. DO NOT USE for long term installations.

I purchased this for use inside of a data center to hold some cat 6 cables in place. It worked great for about a month. The issue is that the hook side and loop side of this product is glued together. The adhesive that holds those to side together seems to give up and the 2 halves of the wrap actually separate. The end result is that you have a piece of hook and another piece of loop. Without them both together, it's useless. Perhaps this would work in a less demanding environment, but not in an air-conditioned data center. I expected better from a Cables 2 Go product. Next time I'll be spending the extra money for something from Panduit. Very disappointing.

This is great stuff, and I bought it to help organize the cables in my media center. This product did the trick, but the material is thicker than I thought it would be. That is ok, but I don't recommend it for smaller cable bundles - the thicker the bundle of cables, the better this product will handle it.

This technically does what it says, but it's much thicker and coarser than similar products such as Velcro Cable Tie Roll, 3/4" x 5 yards, and seems to shed the cottony material ("loops") that fastens to the hooks. Seems to be made of two layers (one hooks, one loops) glued back to back, rather than a single thin layer (like other products) with hooks on one side and loops on the other. Keep shopping, there are better options.

I use this tape in place of bungie cords. In particular, it works well to strap bikes to a bike rack on a car. It is extremely strong and easier to use than a stretchy cord.
