The description stated that it was a braided cable and it was not however it is fast charging

I tested this charger on my iPhone 14 Pro, and it charges at the same speed as apple's branded 12w charger. So it's faster than the old slow 5w charger, but it's not as fast as the 20w+ fast chargers. It's a good balance of speed and heat control. On my iPhone 14 Pro, it got to 40% after 30 minutes and 76% after 1 hour. This is plenty fast for a slower charger. The phone wasn't noticeably warm like with fast chargers either, which degrades battery health. I did not test charging two devices at once.

Was tired of shuffling around USB adapters on crowded outlets. This allows charging two devices (phone and LED headlamp) at same time. Seems to work as fast (or almost) as my previous single USB Belkin adapter. I only use Belkin now after issues with other off-brand chargers. One star removed because I had to choose to return because both of the two items received were open box or returns.

I needed another USB wall charger as it seemed like I was constantly charging one device after another…headset, Fancii mirrors, etc. Now I can charge two devices at once. Works great. Good quality.
