Bought this after having constant problems with Spectrum internet slowdowns and router being replaced numerous times to no avail (problem caused by coax data cable plugged into old 3-way splitter in attic). Decided to keep it because I like the interface and the child control features are very good. Doesn't support wifi 6e but most of my devices don't support it anyway. Supports speeds up to 3 Gbps. Nothing to complain about, happy with it so far.

only reason it got 4 stars was due to the cover range for my needs,range is good on this router just did not meet my needs as for as extended range...bought the big brother RT-AX88U and it does fit my needs

No joke doubled our Internet speed compared to the charter/spectrum provided router and modem (we also got a Netgear modem). Setup with charter was as easy as it can be working with their customer service, and the app is very cool, insightful and gives you a little extra control/protection than a normal router.

I just moved into a new home and the HOA provides the internet service, so I didn't have a choice of provider. The signal barely reached the front of my house, so I had a technician come out. He said the router was cheap and advised me to get a good one. I did some research and chose the Asus based upon other reviews. I am very happy with my decision. The router is in the back of the house in a closet, but the signal now reaches the entire house with good download and upload speeds. It was fairly easy to install. I just plugged it into the modem, but at first it didn't work. I ended up downloading the latest wi-fi driver and it worked like a charm.
