I like the general functionality of the hardware. Feels a little sluggish at times, that might be windows. My 4 year older razer laptop felt more responsive. The keyboard layout almost makes me want to return it. The number pad on the touchpad is just plain bad. Like really bad. The lack of F1-F12 keys is also unpleasant. It works well, exceptional battery life so far, but they made some extremely questionable quality of life choices that should probably not made it out of beta testing.

It's just decent performance wise and of course very overpriced I don't suggest it unless cost isn't a issue for you. Unless you don't already have a main desktop PC I would go for some budget option instead and just turn the settings down on whatever you want to play.

Major stuttering issues. Tried resetting, purging and reinstalling drivers, alternative GPU drivers, all across many games and other software. It persisted with varying levels of intensity (Sometimes it got a little better, sometimes it got way worse). So I tried to contact Asus. I didn't have a problem with the agent. I just wanted to transfer my extended warranty for a product that, at this point with many hours of troubleshooting, I believe is clearly defective. I'm not going to sit down and let Asus just steal 170$ when I just wanted to transfer the extended warranty to a replacement product. I was going to ask for a replacement but I might just ask for a refund so that I can get a non-defective product from a different manufacturer. I am very disappointed.

Just had it only for a few days, and I've been very impressed with it. Excellent speed, a significant amount of ram, and beautiful aesthetics and features. If you want a high end laptop, this is the one to use! Edit: Had for a few months now, I also would recommend a cooling pad, (any cooler works but if you want the best cooling, I suggest a high end cooler to help with this laptop’s cooling). It’ll helps boost fps with a good cooler so I suggest you do that.
