After recieving my ROG Ally I noticed the right stick had heavy stick drift, making games unplayable on the console. After calling ASUS they told me that they could not help me because as it turns out, this device is actually from a reseller in Singapore, not the ASUS Australia store. Amazon has also declined any request for repair or refund and the reseller will not respond. Be careful with this purchase, as I would have been able to get one from a non Amazon store for the same amount and still had access to the warranty.

Produto chegou antes do tempo. bem embalado e ainda veio com uma pelicula de brinde que não estava no anuncio. Mas teve um problema serio. A versão do windows é single language em mandarin. Tive de comprar uma licença do windows em portugues e passar horas com google lens para poder traduzir e fazer a instalação.

Awesome handheld been using it almost every day!

Paid extra so i could finance it. The price is high but the handheld is self is awesome and worth the money if you need a portable device. Lots of power and boots fast. Wish it had a little more power but does the job for on the go.
