I wanted to replace my previous Chromebook with a Chromebook Plus and this one is quite powerful and got it at a discounted price on Boxing Day. I don't like the French keyboard (you should be able to choose an English keyboard) but I can live with it because I mainly use it with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Also it should be more clear that it doesn't come with a stylus, it is optional and you should be offered the chance to get it.

My initial sentiment was to return the equipment as it came with the French keyboard; however, as I use a Bluetooth keyboard & mouse, I hooked to my four monitors with the Plugable 4 HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter and the Yealink WH63 Wireless Headset. I ran my MS TEAM meetings (Web version), and the CX5 supported my day's activities; I replaced my Windows machine! I play music all day; the sound is excellent. Overall performance is outstanding. I'm also happy to get it at a discounted price during the boxing period. Closing the review with the French keyboard, I live in Canada, which will allow me to immerse more in the language.

This laptop comes with a French-US keyboard, small left shift and tall enter button. This is a deal breaker in ChromeOS since there is no way to remap keys. Laptop looks nice, I boxed it up for return right away.
