It was intended to be used for work I couldn't do anything. Never enjoyed this laptop 🥺 4 months after purchase problems started, crashing , freezing & screen issues , now I can't do anything it doesn't start , at the beginning I thought it the Windows 10 issue I reset and downloaded Windows multiple times even tried to upgrade to Windows 11 nothing can be done, completely nothing it won't start , that is very disappointing especially for the price I paid over $3400.00

The media could not be loaded. I use this for editing photos and videos, love how fast it is!!

I bought this for my teen son for Christmas. He loves it and says it’s awesome for gaming, graphics are excellent, and he really loves the light up keyboard. Only con was that the mouse was not wireless, but he doesn’t seem to mind.
