Frame would be fine if it just randomize sideshow order. It only shows them alphabetically. Not only does it not randomize them, it starts with the same first alphabetically named photo each time it starts! If you have a lot of photos, like I do, you may never see them all. I might be able to tolerate the alphabetized order of photos if when it restarts it would pick up where it left off, but it doesn't even do that. It starts all over again from beginning. Unfortunately I have had to return it, since it lacks this basic feature that every other frame I've ever owned or gifted has.

Easy setup. Using for photos only. Clear onscreen instructions. Easier to navigate than other frames we have used. Images kind of pixelated due to resolution, but, good for the price.

The frame looks nice and not as cheap as some other frames. It has a nice contemporary and neutral look. The picture quality is good. There is some loss of contrast when looking at them from an angle. I was looking for a frame that runs on an SD card, with no hassle setting up WIFI, download apps, passwords etc, and this one does the trick. Setup cannot be simpler. That's the good news. The deal breaker for me was the absence of a 'random selection' option. The slideshow seems to follow the sequence in which the pictures are stored on the card. Turn the frame off, then on again, and the slides start from the beginning. You may never get to the end of the list unless you keep the frame running. What an easily avoidable oversight! However, the buttons on the remote control DO work randomly. This small thing is nothing short of a joke and very frustrating to use. Sorry, not for me. Sending everything back for sure.
