Hatte aufgrund der überwiegend positiven Rezensionen bestellt und muss sagen, für 95€ hätte ich mehr erwartet. - Ohne Kabel wiegt der Kopfhörer 220g - das Gewicht allein drück auf meinen Kopf. - Bei Hutgröße 53 sitzt er sehr stramm - Das Material der Ohrpolster erinnert an Latex. - Die Höhen sind stechend in sehr gut hörenden Ohren. - Bei gleicher Einstellung in der Soundkarte ist die Klangqualität bei TV oder Radio völlig unterschiedlich. Geht zurück - muss wohl auf eine deutlich höhere Preisklasse ausweichen.

I love the seal on them. It helps me to eliminate outside noise and focus on the audio. The headphones are very comfortable and the sound profile is great!

I do think this is a little pricey (at least in CAD) sitting around $250 when you compare it to some other Audiophile headphones such as offerings from Beyerdynamics. I have not tried any Beyers or similar closed-backs in this price range, so I cannot speak for how they compare. Speaking from my own experience, the build quality is pretty solid, being nice and light and made of solid plastics that are nice on the hands. I do worry about the longevity of some parts such as the headband padding and pads, though the pads are replaceable thankfully. The cables are... well... acceptable. Some of them are really stubborn and stuck in their shape from the packaging. They provide 3 of different styles/lengths but honestly I would have just preferred one really great one. I will probably look for a nicer after-market one. For comfort, they are nice. It is not the most comfortable headphone I have, but it is not bad by any means. My only real gripe here is the size of the cups for your ears: I think they are too small. If you have large ears, these might not be great for you. I think if the drivers and cups where just a little larger it would be better, but over-ear is still better than any on-ear IMO. The biggest reason I would rate these well though is the sound. From my own subjective experience, these have great sound quality for the price. They won't beat any incredible headphones that have better dynamics of course but there tuning is very good and nice to listen too. If you are open to trying or getting an open-back, you can find better headphones such as the Sundara for a little bit more. As far as closed-backs go, this is very good. I feel its frequency response is pretty balanced, great in the mids, bass and treble. I am pretty sensitive to sibilant sounds, so I do find these just a tiny bit bright on certain parts of some treble forward pieces. However, your mileage will vary and overall I find they sound great. The timbre is also pretty good here; they sound pretty close to life-like. If you have a headphone with natural sounding timbre, you can tell this is not 100% there for the timbre, but it is still very good. Overall, I am impressed and really like them thus far. Like I said, there are better headphones but the fact this is a closed-back can be good if you plan to listen to music outside or in an office. I'll update this review if my thoughts change. Update: Just going to voice a concern after using a few times in about a week: the pads are not very plush and it will become very depressed after a while, resulting in your ears basically touching the actual plastic of the headphone. I believe this is because the headphone pads are not very firm. Over long periods of time, this headphone becomes quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, you can switch out the pads. I am waiting to try this, but I do recommend doing so if you wanna listen for extended lengths. Pads closest to the OEM ones but stiffer would probably be best, though I will try some after-market velour pads.

Fiz a compra depois de pesquisar muito por fones com um áudio "flat" que seguisse a linha da curva Harman. Geralmente os fones têm excesso de graves, o que eu não gosto (muita gente gosta, o que não é errado, mas é uma forma de fazer sistemas com baixa qualidade parecerem melhores do que são... A maioria esmagadora dos fones mais em conta tem essa característica). Esses aqui são excelentes. Estava entre esse e o modelo acima, o K371, mas achei o K371 com mais graves do que eu queria em comparações de áudio gravado por aperelhos de medição entre os dois modelos no YouTube. Fora a qualidade de áudio, esse fone também é muito confortável. Ele não pressiona as orelhas (faz contato com a região ao redor) e dá um suporte bom. Não tem cancelamento de ruídos (eu já tenho um IEM com cancelamento pra usar na rua), mas a vedação física é eficiente. Ele também tem um bom "soundstage", mesmo sendo compacto quando comparado a outros modelos. Estou usando pra tudo: música, jogos, audiolivros etc. Uma das melhores compras de equipamento de áudio que já fiz. Depois vou comprar um amplificador para usar no meu PC desktop. O volume fica ótimo em todos os outros dispositivos, mas no PC fica abaixo do que eu gostaria (mas, como só acontece no Pc, não é um problema dos fones). No celular estou usando com um adaptador usb-c.

To preface this review, audio is always subjective, especially when listening for fun. I prefer neutral headphones. I like to hear the whole track in a very analytical and detailed way. That means the lows, mids and highs are all evenly represented without any washing out, muffling or muddying of any piece of the song. My daily driver for all kinds of music is the Audeze LCD-X, a high end reference headphone that is considered by many to be too analytical and detailed for casual listening. I've been in the market for closed back headphones for a bit now. I initially was planning to get some Meze 99 classics/neos. They are phenomenally light and comfortable and exceptionally well built. but after trying them I found that they tend towards being heavy in the bass which I found muffled the mids and left the highs with something to be desired. The other thing I didn't like was that the Mezes will "woof" leaving the enhanced bass muddy and fuzzed out, which is something a lot of people enjoy. I'm not one of them. Now, onto the AKG 371s. These headphones are neutral. Not quite as neutral as the LCD-X. But comparing these AKGs to a pair of headphone that cost more than five to six times as much is unfair. But I think it's warranted since they punch up extremely well given their price tag. The 371s trend towards neutral sound, leaving the bass tight and clean, not overpowering the mids while leaving the high clear enough to listen to without becoming fatiguing or painful. Playing games with them is great, I can hear everything from the booming explosions of grenades and tank shells to the high pitched crack of gunfire while hearing footsteps all at once without it becoming muddled together or painful to listen to. Music is fantastically clear and enjoyable to listen to, they are easy to drive so you don't need a dedicated amp to get them to that comfortable volume you want. Even when I'm sitting six feet from a noisy swamp cooler that clarity sticks around making it easy to listen to what I want without damaging my hearing in the process. They are light, but sturdy. They don't feel cheap, and have metal in the right places. They also have a removable cable, meaning they're way more likely to hold in the long term. They also fold up for easy storage or transport. The pads are leather and very plush, but big enough to accommodate my elephant ears. And on that note I've worn these for upwards of ten hours at a shot and they haven't gotten hot or uncomfortable to wear in that entire time. The only real negative I have is if you have long hair, the hinges and pads might grab it if you're lazy when taking them off leading to a bit of pulling. But two handing them on and off completely mitigates that issue. In short I love these headphones, and they're the best ones I've bought in this price bracket in a long time. They're not bass cannons, but they also weren't meant to be. If you want that bone shaking bass, look elsewhere. But, if you want to hear what's really going on in that booming bass note. Or even just pick out some new bits of detail in your favorite song, maybe give these a shot. They'll be different to your classic gaming headset or Beats. But different can be fun.
