Adesso Ergonomic iMouse S50 - Wireless Optical Mouse

This mouse works just as info says, BUT it needs new batteries way more often then my previous mouse, (I just replaced them after only two weeks of use) AND for some reason, it turns on the computer when I'm not around. I will never buy this brand again, it's too annoying.

I bought this out of necessity, as my previous mouse stopped working. I live in a very rural area and our local dollar store only carried this mouse, so I bought it because I had to. I paid $6.00 more than a simple Logitech or Microsoft mouse, and you can tell that it isn't nearly as heavy and doesn't feel as durable; however, it connected quickly to my laptop and worked immediately, so it did what it was supposed to do. One thing I don't like is that it is a slick mouse, it's all very smooth, slick plastic so there are no rubber grips or roughness. Would I purchase again? Unlikely. Will I purchase another to replace? No, I will use this one until it no longer works. It does what I need it to and that's that.
