1. Shiptection:

  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: We offer Shiptection for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If a buyer chooses to opt out of the protection, dealtarget.com will only endeavor to assist the customer in such conditions to the best of our ability.  Dealtargets do not responsible for the Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items. 
  • Maximum protection value $5000 USD.

2. Return Policy for Non Defective Items:

  • Due to Manufacturer requirements, we are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This follows our Manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its Factory Sealed / remain in their original shipping box.
  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must accompany the returned product. For detailed information, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

  • In cases where the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, dealtarget.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate and to be available to receive the package during the designated delivery times. Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer. 

4. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

  • All shipments processed through dealtarget.com require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival. Additionally, once a parcel has been shipped, dealtarget.com does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. It is imperative that customers provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during the checkout process. Any issues arising from a failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Manufacturer Warranty:

  • Coverage: All items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Customers are required to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related concerns. For more information, please visit our Product Warranty Policy.

 

6. Final Sale Products:

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Certain products are designated as final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. These include but are not limited to:
    • Open Box items
    • Sold As Is items
    • Used items
    • Special order products
    • Custom-configured products
    • Electronic download software
    • Retail box software
    • OEM software
    • Computer games
    • Video games
    • DVDs and CDs
    • Products marked as "no returns" or with similar descriptions on the product page.
