Returns and Refund Policy

At Dealtargets.com, our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase you make. We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to assist you in the returns and exchanges process. Please review our comprehensive Returns and Exchanges Policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refund:

1. Non-defective Items:

Due to manufacturer requirements, we cannot accept returns for opened, non-defective products. This aligns with our manufacturer policies, and no exceptions can be made.

Items in sealed condition:

If approved, all Non-Defective or Factory Sealed returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, or $40.00 minimum, whichever is greater.

Responsibility: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Defective Items:

- If you receive a defective product, please contact the manufacturer to request an RMA or ticket number. We will provide detailed return instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
- After 14 days from the purchase date, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.

Return Shipping:

1. Non-defective Items:

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for Non-defective Items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

2. Defective Items:

- If the product is deemed defective within 14 days of delivery and you have obtained an RMA or ticket number from the manufacturer, the customer must pay for the return shipping. Dealtargets will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
- After 14 days, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies, and the customer may need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds:

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- The refund will be for the purchase price of the product, less any applicable discounts or promotions, and less any shipping or handling fees.

2. Exchanges:

- If you prefer an exchange for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference between the exchanged items.

Items returned without an RMA case number, missing packaging or components, or items not matching the approved conditions will be shipped back to the client at their expense.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

- Certain items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, including gift cards, downloadable software, custom orders, products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, and returns requested after the 14-day return window.

Warranties:

- All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy after the initial 15-day period. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.

Return Procedure:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Returns Department by emailing cs@dealtargets.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including a Dealtargets.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Include the RMA number with your return shipment and ensure that all original parts and packing materials are included. Failure to provide a valid RMA number or missing components may result in the rejection of the return.
3. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. All approved returns must be shipped to our dedicated warehouse.

Damaged Box and Shipping Discrepancies:

- Please inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. If you notice any damages or shipping discrepancies, report them to Dealtargets.com within 2 business days. We may initiate an investigation with the carriers to resolve the issue if reported within the specified timeframe.

Final Sale Products:

- Certain products are considered final sale items and are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. These items include Sold As Is items, Open Box items, Used items, Special order products, Custom-configured products, Electronic download software, Retail box software, OEM software, Computer games, Video games, DVDs, and CDs, as well as products marked as "no returns" or carrying a similar description on the product page.
