I've had these for a few days now, and I also have the Airpods Pro (2n gen) and the Bose QuietComfort II, and Bose 700s. Airpods Pro - never bothered to use them, as I always felt uncomfortable that they will fall out, which of course they do sometimes. The Bose headphones are pretty much as good as it gets to wireless noise-cancelling sound, and these aren't that - what these are, are workout earbuds that sync PERFECTLY with all your Apple devices and allow you to work or watch videos without covering your head. I found that the small form factor vs headphones makes you feel more "free" and connected with your surrounding environment, whereas when I put my Bose wireless headphones on, it's the best for "hunkering down" and getting deep focus work done. I've done a lot of research on wireless earbuds and these simply seem like the best ones, if you want good sound AND secure fit in your ears. So, that's why these are a solid 4/5 - they are pricey, BUT if you have $200+ to spend, you won't be disappointed.

Extremely uncomfortable and a poor fit with any of the five included ear tip sizes. Also they could not have put the buttons in a worse spot. You cannot touch the headphones to adjust them in your ear in any way whatsoever without pressing one of the buttons. The Powerbeats Pro version 1 was far superior in every single way, except for they didn't have noise canceling. Oh! And these built-in heart rate monitors that claim to be the best in the world, they don't work with your iPhone. Well done Apple. They only work with third-party apps and gym equipment. So if you download the Nike run app, they work. But only through that app. So as you can see, they are capable of working through the iPhone, but Apple chooses not to let you use them. 0/5 stars. I would not buy these. In fact, I'm returning them.

I needed a new headset as my last ones but I despise the automatic Spatial Audio setting. It makes talking on the phone weird as everyone goes in and out as you walk. Awful. Trying to turn off the setting is a headache. I'd return these but iPods never stay in my ear and fall out.

I have no problem with how these sound but I returned them ultimately. They are frustrating because the design make them hard to wear. I could never get a good ear seal and my ears gets in the way of the vertical part of the earbuds. I could not get them to be comfortable in my ears and every time you try and adjust the fit you end up pushing the buttons and changing the mode or pausing whatever is playing. If you can’t get a good seal then the noise cancelling is wasted. I tried and tried but just couldn’t make them work for me.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it. I do not know what apple/beats were thinking releasing these but the sound is flat, had no bass. This is considering all the ear tips were checked and fit tests completed (all were good seals). Overall just an underwhelming product and horrible sound. The ANC is not good, when used during a run, I could hear my own steps and cars going by. For almost $400CAD I had to laugh when returning these. My soundpeats Q30 sound 10x better for me. Could be my ear's physiology but not for me.
