Tripp Lite 24 Port Cat6 Patch Panel

My new house was wired with CAT6 all terminating in the basement with RJ45 jacks. I recently installed a 9u rack to clean things up and added this as a patch panel. Seemed like the perfect product for what I needed. Bought high quality patch cords for all parts of the process . Problem is that my hardwire connections (eg PC, Xbox, etc) will work for a few days and then go dead. I used a line tester on all cables etc and they are all good. Problem seems to be the connections on the back of this panel. If I unplug the RJ45 coming from the various hardwire connections in the house and plug it back in the back of this patch panel it will work again for a few days and then go dead again. Some connections seem to work ok longer but others don’t . I called Amazon and they were great and send out a replacement but has same issues. Ironically I bought a 25$ blank patch panel and put some quality RJ45-RJ45 keystones in and it work great for half the cost. I would love to keep this as it was the perfect product for my situation (at least on paper) and from a quality manufacturer , but it’s regretfully flawed and will be returned .

Why did it not come with mounting hardware??

This is ok, but I wish there were more connections.

This made cabling a snap. The anti-stress clips are a nice touch to protect the fitting where the CAT7 wires meet the RJ45.
