Good and solid. Works like a charm. It's comfortable to use at my desk and looks professional. I've been using this for nearly two years and still works great.

Sound quality is great, working with voip.ms. This replaced two devices with their power plugs with one clean ethernet cable. Setup was a breeze compared to my old ATA, which needed 4 pages of settings. Minus 1-star for the clunky web interface and ridiculous manual firmware update (automatic one works great though).

Does Covid have you WFH? Does your cell phone run out of batteries all the time now? Do you and your family tie up the land line all the time? I bought this voip phone to replace a very old "ATA" voip adaptor. It sounds so much better and I have no drop outs. It's decently loud, not super duper quality but decent and I was able to program the speed dials easily. It supports two voip lines and more features that I don't care about. The mute button is handy. I'd prefer it lights up rather than print "mute" on the screen. But it's totally fine. I am very happy with this phone and it does what I expect. If you want to program a pause into the autodial you do this in the web interface with a comma e.g. 18002345678,,,5551212# Every so often there are complaints that this phone causes an echo on conference lines. I can either turn the volume down and it goes away, or go on mute. I have had this a week and I use this 5 or 6 hours a day. No regrets.

I like It alot perfect for house use
