This switch in combination with any of the other Ubiquiti network systems is great. It is also great as a standalone but it shines within the Unifi system. The set with easy. It was adopted by my UDM Pro quickly and provided an good interface for setting up the switch. The 10G SFP connections are great for system interconnects. The price point for this switch is very good as well. Making it a good choice even if I did not have other Unifi items in the rack. I have had issues with other pieces of my Unifi system and support was quick and responsive. The only issue I have now is with component availability. It took several weeks from the time I made the decision to go with Ubiqiti products to the time I was able to order them.

my poor planning, I didn't realize that you have to use their proprietary (java based) application to configure this switch. Once setup the controller app works well enough. But we don't allow java on our machines as a policy and in a crisis I will struggle to manage this device in a datacenter. We won't order more of this model. Has a pretty color display though!

We originally thought this was a USW-24-Pro-PoE switch. Imagine our (mild but inevitable) disappointment when we re-checked the listing and it was the USW-24-Pro! The switch worked perfectly, arriving in what appeared to be brand-new (or refurbished) condition. We're keeping it because there is demand for 24-port switch, but were a bit saddened that it did not offer PoE as we had originally thought. Arguably there are better value switches out there, but Ubiquiti's management software is quite nice, and we're already "in the ecosystem" as it were.
